At times we may feel low, worried or lost. We may try to resolve our difficulties but sometimes it feels too challenging to overcome this on our own.


Therapy is a unique relationship which enables both adults and children to understand the reasons why they feel the way they do and, along with their therapist, work out ways to improve things.



Individualised Support

We know it can be hard to overcome problems and believe that every person is unique, one size does not fit all. We will ensure that your individual needs are at the centre of what we offer.


There are many types of therapy you may have heard about and it can all get quite confusing when trying to find the right help. I believe no single approach is best and choice of approach should be based on each person. After training in the models below, I am able to integrate the most useful parts of each for my client.

No issue is too small to bring to therapy if it feels important to you. No issue is too big that you should carry it alone. Sessions are always confidential, although there are a small number of exceptions to this which we always discuss.


Therapy at Openminds is a space to explore and work through difficulties with the support of an experienced, professional and well trained Counselling Psychologist.
